PM Reprimands Local ISP for Poor Service

PHNOM PENH: Prime Minister Hun Sen called out internet service provider Home Internet for having the weakest internet service in Cambodia and ordered the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications to inspect the company.

Speaking at the new location of the Royal University of Fine Arts this morning, he said, “The worst [internet] company in Cambodia is the Home Internet Company. Now the Ministry of Posts please check this company…Your employees act more arrogant than the Prime Minister as I’ve never acted arrogant.”

He advised internet companies to install as many towers as possible to provide convenience and speed to users.
